Description

Cataract will prevent a pokemon from using single attacks on pokemon not in its "row". In this example, Seviper will no longer be able to target Nuzleaf, unless it uses a move that targets both pokemon. One tactic is to use this move in conjunction with Swap to keep weaker pokemon safe.
